DesignInk sells purely digital goods (software extensions in ZIP format). There are no physical products, and therefore no physical shipping is required.
Upon successful authorization and completion of your payment, you will immediately have access to download the corresponding digital file(s) via the web interface. This automated process ensures you receive the product without any delay.
In cases where an instant download may fail due to browser issues or network interruptions, you may contact our support team. We will manually verify your payment and provide the digital files via email or a secure download link within 24 hours of your verified request.
Once the digital file has been delivered (downloaded) securely, it is the buyer's responsibility to safely backup the file. However, if you lose your copy, you may request a replacement download depending on your original purchase record.
